Ms. Eve Chan is a Member of CPA Australia, with over 15 years of extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and corporate operations. She has served numerous public and private companies operating in the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Her expertise spans multiple industries, including Bitcoin mining, real estate development, property management, investment firms, general trading, and manufacturing.
From November 2022 to September 2024, Ms. Chan served as the Financial Controller of X Capital Investment PTE. LTD., where she was responsible for accounting and financial affairs, corporate financing, and compliance.
From August 2018 to October 2022, she held the position of Assistant Vice President at RHB Investment Bank Ltd., primarily advising private and listed companies in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia on corporate restructuring matters.Ms. Chan graduated from the University of Sydney in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree.

Mr. Nan Ding possesses over 24 years of operational and managerial experience across industries including cross-border investment, supply chain finance, equipment manufacturing, and international trade.
From 2012 to 2023, Mr. Ding founded Japan Zhaoyuan Trading Co., Ltd. and Japan Toyo Trading Co., Ltd., focusing on cross-border investment and international trade in bulk commodities. Between 2007 and 2012, he established Haimeng Trading Co., Ltd. and Haimeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which were primarily engaged in the manufacturing of environmental protection products and new energy equipment.
Prior to that, Mr. Ding accumulated eight years of experience in municipal engineering services. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology Beijing with a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Management.

Dr. Hongliang Liu, PhD
Dr. Hongliang Liu is an accomplished technology visionary with over a decade of experience in systems development and software management. His expertise spans a wide range of cutting‑edge technologies, with a particular focus on SaaS (Software‑as‑a‑Service) and next‑generation MaaS (Model‑as‑a‑Service) solutions. He is skilled at leveraging AI/ML models to drive digital transformation for enterprises.
Since 2022, Dr. Liu has served as a Technical Expert in the R&D department of CHINT Group, where he leads several high‑priority initiatives and has introduced a number of breakthrough solutions, setting new benchmarks in the industry. From 2017 to 2021, he held the role of Postdoctoral Researcher and Technical Lead at Ningshui Group, guiding his team in pioneering advanced technologies and achieving significant milestones.
Dr. Liu earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 2017 from the prestigious Université de technologie de Compiègne, a member of Sorbonne University Alliance. In recognition of his outstanding academic and professional accomplishments, he has been granted multiple patents and has played an instrumental role in advancing industry standards through active participation in standardization committees.

Mr. Wenbo Li is a results-oriented management professional with nearly two decades of extensive experience in industrial automation and digital transformation.Since 2018, Mr. Li has served as Business Development Director of the IoT Business Group at Advantech Co., Ltd., where he is responsible for strategic planning and execution, with a focus on smart factory and equipment automation solutions. He successfully spearheaded the business group’s transition from traditional hardware sales to an integrated “hardware + software + platform” solution provider.
From 2012 to 2018, Mr. Li held the position of Business Development Director, Asia Pacific, at Rockwell Automation, where he actively expanded into emerging markets across the region. He led three strategic mergers and acquisitions as well as joint venture projects in Southeast Asia, and integrated local sales and service networks to establish new growth engines. Between 2006 and 2012, Mr. Li worked at Neusoft Group, advancing from Senior Consultant to managerial roles, where he provided digital transformation consulting services—including ERP and MES implementations—for large manufacturing enterprises, building a solid technical foundation and excellent project management capabilities.
Mr. Li has accumulated deep experience in driving digital transformation through Industrial IoT and SaaS models, covering areas such as technology development, market expansion, and M&A integration. He effectively combines hands-on project expertise with a global perspective. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Cui was Senior Technology Manager in the FinTech division of the Royal Bank of Canada, where he oversaw the technology architecture and development of global payment systems. Between 2005 and 2015, he held the roles of Systems Architect and Technical Director at Oracle, leading enterprise cloud service architecture and database system development. From 1996 to 2004, he served as a Technical Lead at Nortel Networks, focusing on core communication protocol development and team leadership.
Mr. Cui possesses deep expertise in large‑scale distributed systems, enterprise‑grade software development, technology risk management, and cross‑cultural team leadership, with a strong understanding of both North American and Asian technology markets.
